What “Not yet vetted” means

Last updated October 27, 2026

The short version. A listing that says “Not yet vetted” is one ThreadLight added from public information because it looks like a good fit for what people are asking for. We checked that the business is real and that it isn't something we don't list. We have not talked with the business yet, so we can't vouch for how it works with neurodivergent people. Please use your own judgment, the same way you would with any business you find online.

Why we list businesses we haven't talked to yet

When people tell Elia they're looking for something and we don't have a good match, we go looking. If we find a business that publicly describes services that fit, we add it so you have somewhere to start, instead of nothing. We label it clearly so you always know which listings we have vetted and which we haven't.

How a business gets vetted

A business can claim its listing for free to keep the details accurate. To be vetted, the business has a conversation with us about how it works and how it supports neurodivergent clients. Listings that pass say “Vetted by ThreadLight.” Vetting comes with ThreadLight's optional sponsorship, and a business is only charged if it passes.

Is this your business?

You can claim your listing for free from your listing's page, or ask us to take it down. If you ask us to remove it, we will, and we won't list your business again.

Something wrong with a listing?

Every listing page has a link to report a problem. You can also email us at hello@threadlight.ai.
