Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ThreadLight (“Service”), provided by ThreadLight, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Description of the Service

ThreadLight is a Slack-integrated tool, with an optional web interface and third-party integrations, designed to help close the gap between Sales and Product.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; to maintain the security of your login credentials; and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, upload harmful content, reverse engineer the Service, disrupt its integrity, or use it to build competing products. We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination.

5. Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Your use of integrated services like Slack, Jira, Google Meet, Zoom, or Google Calendar is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not use our brand or IP without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from any claims related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved in courts located there.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
